By using ROAM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

ROAM is a ride-booking platform connecting riders with drivers. We facilitate the connection but are not responsible for the conduct of drivers or riders.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

4. Location Tracking

Drivers consent to continuous background location tracking while online. This data is used solely for ride matching and navigation.

5. Cancellation Policy

Rides may be cancelled before pickup. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension. Drivers who do not proceed after assignment may be automatically removed from the ride.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use ROAM for illegal activities, harassment, or fraud. Violations may result in immediate account termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

ROAM is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
